Hi! Holy Fox is an independently owned and operated food truck in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Owners, Paige and Chef Christine are the only staff on board!

In October 2017, we found our food truck vessel here on PEI near Panmure Island, a 1980 Winnebago Brave!
We waited until the following March to begin deconstructing the inside of the RV and then began to tackle the renovation process.
It took us a total of four months to completely re-finish the inside of the RV into a fully functional industrial + electric kitchen. Also, of course to get the outside primed and painted multiple times and fitted with logos.
With lots of work and loved poured into Holy Fox, we are happily operating for all twelve months of the year at 368 University Avenue!

At Holy Fox, we make everything from scratch, with fresh ingredients from local farmers. Our goal is to use only compostable or eco materials and strive to find new and innovative ways to do so.

Every month-or-so we will be donating 100% of tips to either a local who is down on their luck, organization or group in need.

With just a few things on the menu and two staff always, we can easily make things quickly and consistently! All of our carnivore options mirror the vegetarian or vegan meals so that you can have a similar experience no matter what your dietary restriction may be.
